Who are your true friends? The friends to keep and the ones to let go.

First Segment

Perspectives is discussing true friends and what it means to have a true friend.  Ashley Roberts from CW33 joins Perspectives to discuss friends, who to keep and who to let go.  Friendships are a two way street and good friendships are healthy and motivating for both people.  When we are in good friendships, we feel it, we know it, and we nurture these life giving relationships.

Second Segment

Think about the people you refer to as friends, which ones are there for you when you need them?  Which of your “friends” are never there when you need them?  Which of your friends are you there for?  Do you find yourself constantly doing more and getting nothing in return?  Are their a few people who only come around when they need something or need you to build them back up?  We’re discussing the warning signs, when to realize something is not working.

Third Segment

We know which friendships are nurturing and which ones get us off track.  Now we must change it up and clean house.  In this segment, Ashley Berges gives you the successful techniques to clean house and have a better more fruitful life.  Healthy boundaries are essential to having healthy relationships of all types.  In order to have healthy boundaries, you must know what a healthy boundary is, how to create your own boundaries, and how to implement them with everyone your entire life.  Without boundaries, you create flawed friendships out of the starting gate.  Read Day 1 of, “The 10 Day Challenge to Live Your True Life” and get your healthy boundaries and your new beautifully healthy relationships today!
