When we do the same thing over and over and become upset with our life situation, we are doing the definition of insanity.  Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.  Everyone on this planet, except the Dali Lama and a few other people, need to make changes to their life to be happier, healthier, and content.  If you have trouble with something, don’t keep going after the same thing, it’s insanity and it will bring you trouble.
