James Bristo, Dallas Police Department and VP of the Dallas Fraternal Order of the Police talks with Ashley Berges about guns, freedom, and violent media and video games.  We’re taking a look into the Colorado movie theater shooting and what could have been done to change the violent outcome.

Second Segment

George W. Holden, Professor of Psychology at SMU tells Ashley what he feels leads people to violent behavior.  Holden talks with Ashley about violence and how mental illness coupled with violent media enabled some of this behavior.  Berges discusses the signs to look for when dealing with people and how to be sure you are in the right place at the right time.  Berges also gives you the tips to being sure of where you are and who you are surrounded by at all times.

Third Segment

The Perspectives group discussed how to safely escape a deadly situation.  You can save yourself and your loved ones by doing certain things in the beginning.  In this segment, we give you the tips to exiting and getting out when you need but better yet, how to not find yourself in those situations to begin with.  You can avoid violent situations when you listen to your higher self.
