How to Know When You’ve Truly Kicked the Habit.

399: How to Know When You’ve Truly Kicked the Habit.

There’s a huge difference between quitting and actually kicking the habit. Speaking from true life experience, I quit smoking years ago, when I quit, I wasn’t smoking but I was white-knuckling. I was upset, resentful, and still had a desire to smoke. It wasn’t until I took up smoking again, smoked for 3 years and realized it was time to quit. This time instead of quitting I decided to fully kick the habit. Kicking the habit is truly letting “it” go, not being upset, not being angry when others are doing it and able to live my life without it. If you’re wanting to let go of a habit that no longer serves you, listen to this podcast and get the information that will help you overcome. When you finally want to overcome on your own instead of what others want you to do, you finally kick the habit.
