Get out of bed, take a shower, and get dressed this will do wonders for your mood.

Eat more foods that grow on trees or plants and less processed foods.
Find your true timing when it comes to sleep. Some of us are 7 hours others 9 hours a night sleepers.
Drink plenty of purified water – 2 liters a day is great, start with one liter and work from there.
Laugh more and don’t take yourself too seriously:)
When dealing with a negative situation ask yourself, will this be an issue in 1 year, 6 months, or even 3 months, this goes a long way to putting your life and roadblocks into perspective.
Let go of anything that doesn’t bring joy into your life.
Be in the present moment.
Help and give to others, volunteering goes a long way to putting your life into proper perspective.
Create and hold onto healthy boundaries in your life.
